OperaLounge is a concept developed by Dutch National Opera and CMS, and was nominated for the SponsorRing 2013 in the category Arts & Culture. OperaLounge brings together individuals from different sectors and interests in a unique context. An inspiring speaker kicks off a group discussion based on themes from opera and current events. The aim is to elicit and delve deeper into unexpected viewpoints. OperaLounge takes advantage of the unique appeal and themes of opera to bring decision-makers together. It is a combination of the creative forces of Dutch National Opera and the business instincts of our partners. OperaLounge is held five times per year. Companies can become a member of OperaLounge as either a participating member or Founder. Founders take an active part in planning the content of the gatherings and are free to invite individuals from their own network.
