Pete Harden
After studying with Gilius van Bergeijk, Richard Ayres and Louis Andriessen at the Royal Conservatoire in The Hague, Pete Harden became a founding member of Ensemble Klang, where he plays electric guitar and is artistic director. He enjoys collaborating, often within interdisciplinary projects, and has been commissioned by the Radio Kamer Filharmonie, Ballet de Lorraine, Rewire Festival, Asko | Schönberg, Slagwerk Den Haag, Bang on a Can All-stars, Norrbotten NEO and Christian Karlsen. He played in Ivo van Hove's Network at the National Theatre in London, and regularly collaborates with French choreographer Maud le Pladec, for whom he wrote the music for the productions 27 Perspectives and Static Shot. In June 2022, Ergodos Records will release the debut album of Avenue Azure, his duo with pianist Saskia Lankhoorn.
