International Young Patrons Gala
Arias, bubbles, and pas de deux. The countdown to the International Young Patrons Gala has started. On this cultural evening, marvel at Dutch National Opera & Ballet’s diverse young talent. And be prepared to turn the theatre upside down yourself. Saturday 8 June is shaping up to be an unforgettable day!

What can you expect?
An evening filled with glamour and extravagant outfits. But more importantly, an evening where the Young Patrons Circle celebrates our young opera and ballet talent. Featuring a specially curated opera and ballet program for this gala, filled with diverse snippets, hosted by Mandy Woelkens. And a glimpse behind the scenes: what is life like there? How are our artists and staff preparing for this gala?
Following the performance on the Main Stage, you can celebrate in the foyer with other young culture fans and the evening’s artists. Of course, there will be a DJ, and all refreshments are included. This is a night you will not soon forget.

Young Patrons Circle
The Young Patrons Circle is a group of young, international donors of Dutch National Opera & Ballet. The group consists of approximately 200 young professionals and creatives aged up to 40 who are passionate about opera and ballet.
Among other things, the Circle provides unparalleled behind-the-scenes glimpses and transports you to the unique world of theatre. By joining the Young Patrons Circle, you may also help determine the direction and future of Dutch National Opera & Ballet, as the Circle primarily supports the Junior Company and the Dutch National Opera Studio’s young talent. This enables them to make significant advances at the start of their careers and brings you even closer to the wonder of opera and ballet!
As a Young Patron, you will receive at least one free ticket to the International Young Patrons Gala. You will also have the option to be the first to order gala tickets (as early as 12 March) and be added to the guest list for the exclusive afterparty following the party in the foyer.
