Named fund
A Named Fund is a unique and fiscally attractive way to contribute in a highly personal manner to the future of Dutch National Opera & Ballet.
If your heart is drawn to a specific theme within our companies, such as the maintenance of our costumes or the training of young talent, then a Named Fund is an interesting possibility. You are free to choose the name of the fund, whether it's your own name or the name of a loved one. Establishing a fund as a gift for or in memory of a loved one is also an option.
How it works
- You establish a Named Fund with a minimum contribution of € 50.000. This can be done through a one-time donation or in five annual instalments.
- You personally select a goal within Dutch National Opera & Ballet to which your gift will be allocated. Perhaps you prefer to support our world premieres, encourage young talent, or contribute to introducing young people to our art forms?
- Dutch National Opera & Ballet takes care of the financial administration and ensures that your money is well spent. We keep you closely informed, of course.
- A Named Fund is financially attractive: due to tax benefits, the gift costs you a net amount of € 5.841 per year in the most favourable case.
- You can name the fund after yourself, a (deceased) loved one, or we can choose a name together that reflects what the fund makes possible, such as 'The Costume Fund.'
- As the holder of a Named Fund, you enjoy special and exclusive privileges at Dutch National Opera & Ballet. We involve you personally and closely in the mission of your fund. Moreover, you automatically become a member of the Patrons Circle. Depending on the amount of your contribution, you enjoy the privileges of a Platinum or Diamond Patron with the associated benefits.
Schedule a meeting
Establishing a Donor Advised Fund is a very personal matter. We would be delighted to discuss your wishes personally with you. We warmly invite you to schedule a meeting with one of our relationship managers.
