Michiel Nonhebel

Baritone Michiel Nonhebel graduated from the Prins Claus Conservatoire in Groningen in 2022. He studied with Hanneke de Wit and Paul Triepels and received theatre training from Elsina Jansen. His repertoire includes the roles of Marchese d’Obigny in La traviata, Papageno in Die Zauberflöte and Figaro in Le nozze di Figaro. Nonhebel also regularly performs in oratorios. In the 2022-2023 season he is taking part in the Academy programme of the Netherlands Radio Choir. There he works with conductors like Jan Willem de Vriend, James Gaffigan and Benjamin Goodson.
