Corona update
UPDATE 26-11-2021
On 26 November 2021, the Dutch government introduced new restrictions to control the rising number of COVID-19 cases. The new rules stipulate that theatres will need to be closed to the public in the evenings from 17:00 onwards. This situation will last for a period of three weeks. In addition, theatres will need to practise socially distanced auditorium seating, so that a distance of 1.5 metres can be maintained between parties. This means we will be allowed to receive a limited number of visitors.
We are currently looking into how the new situation will affect our performances over the next three weeks. We will ensure ticket holders receive an update by email as soon as possible. Dutch National Opera & Ballet kindly requests that you do not contact the box office at this time as doing so will only slow down the process further. Please keep an eye on this page for more up-to-date information on COVID-19. We count on your understanding in these trying times.
