Roland Horvath

Film maker Roland Horvath and his business partner Carmen Zimmermann have their own film production company, rocafilm, specialising in videos for opera and theatre. Rocafilm collaborates regularly with the directors Damiano Michieletto and Claus Guth, and opera houses such as the Staatsoper in Berlin, the Paris Opera, the Oper Frankfurt and the Teatro di San Carlo in Naples. At Dutch National Opera, Horvath was also involved in the premiere of Rigoletto (2017). 

Roland Horvath created the video designs for Rigoletto, which returns to Dutch National Opera in September 2024.
