Nikki Treurniet

Dutch Soprano Nikki Treurniet studied at the Royal Conservatory in The Hague and the Dutch National Opera Academy. During her studies she worked with the Residentie Orchestra and the National Youth Orchestra. After her debut with the Radio Philharmonic Orchestra, she was a guest in the NTR Saturday Matinee a number of times. With the Nederlandse Reisopera she sang the role of Mrs. Nordstrom in Sondheim's A Little Night Music. From 2019 to 2023 she was part of the ensemble of Staatsoper Hannover, where she sang roles such as Blanche in Dialogues des Carmélites, Susanna in Le Nozze di Figaro, Gretel in Hänsel und Gretel and Lenio in The Greek passion. At Dutch National Opera she previously sang the role of Anima Ingrate in Madrigalen (2017).
