He is also principal conductor of the Radio-Sinfonieorchester Stuttgart and a regular guest conductor with the Philadelphia Orchestra. The French conductor has recently worked with the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra, Symphonieorchester des Bayerischen Rundfunks, Münchner Philharmoniker, Wiener Symphoniker, Orchestra dell'Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia, London Symphony Orchestra, Deutsches Symphonie-Orchester Berlin and NHK Symphony Orchestra. This year, Stéphane Denève made his debut with the New York Philharmonic. In North America, he has also conducted the Chicago Symphony Orchestra, Cleveland Orchestra, Los Angeles Philharmonic, San Francisco Symphony and Boston Symphony Orchestra. He has been a guest conductor for opera productions at opera houses in London, Milan, Barcelona, Brussels and Paris, and at festivals in Glyndebourne and Matsumoto (Japan).
