Zbigniew Wolny

Zbigniew 'Ziggi' Wolny studied at the Royal Conservatoire in The Hague and is a composer active in various fields - from film, television and commercials to visual arts and theatre. With his own company SonicPaintings, he creates interactive sound installations for paintings. He did this for the Hermitage Amsterdam and the World Expo 2017, among others. Wolny also specialises in music and sound for VR experiences. For Orphée | L'Amour | Eurydice (DNO 2022) he adapted the music of the opera Orphée et Eurydice by Christoph Willibald Gluck and complemented it with his own compositions.
